And also how to do it, without without getting scare and stressed out … Just before I start, I want to assure you that at the end of this article, the cheesecake that I offer you will help you to relax. Personally I think, there is nothing better in the world than a good cheesecake to feel calm and serene. And we can make a delicious one even in a vegan version. Normally I use only cashew nuts to make my cheescake – but this time I used silky tofu. In fact strange thing happenned – juste before lockdown my brain went through a “vegan blockout” and all I could thing is to buy tofu and cheakpeas… I don’t know why, I don’t even really eat to musch of tofu – and now I have plenty of it. So I have to use it in my recpies. But it was surprise to discover how nice a cheescake woth tofu can be.
